An Agent combines a base model with permanent instructions, knowledge, files, settings, reusable skills and configured tools. Built-in capabilities also depend on the selected model. Pick the Agent in Chat or Flow and the setup is ready immediately.

A lead Agent can delegate bounded tasks to configured specialist Agents and combine their results. Each specialist handoff can be opened and reviewed in Chat or Flow; billed cost is shown when applicable. Specialists do not recursively call further specialists.

Individual and Freelancer include personal AI Agents. Teams does not include AI Agents. Teams+ and Teams BYOK include personal Agents plus centrally managed organization Agents that can be shared company-wide or limited to selected departments.

Personal, non-commercial use has a 0€ monthly platform fee. You get every Freelancer feature and pay for the usage you consume from a prepaid credit balance you top up yourself.

Teams plans add a small monthly platform fee on top of usage, billed in blocks of 5 users rather than per seat: Teams 38€/mo (each additional 5 users +28€/mo) and Teams+ 48€/mo (+38€/mo per 5). Usage charges can be based on tokens, requests, images or tools and are consolidated onto one company invoice. The platform fee unlocks company controls: enforced privacy tiers, per-user and monthly spend limits, and unified billing. Pay yearly and one month is free. All prices exclude 19% VAT. For very large organizations, Teams BYOK is a separate track: bring your own provider keys and contracts and pay providers directly with no token markup. Pricing is custom, so talk to sales.

Tokens are the small units AI models use to measure text: a short word is roughly one token, while longer words can be a few. Text-model charges are based on input and output tokens; images, requests and tools can use other billing units. Completed responses billed through MTN credits show their billed cost by default; BYOK usage is billed by the provider.

Each available model carries a clearly labelled privacy tier that tells you how that model’s provider handles your data before you send. From strongest to weakest the tiers are European Union, Confidential, Protected, Zero Data Retention (ZDR), Basic Privacy and Unrestricted Use. You can filter the model list by tier, and on company plans you can enforce a minimum tier for everyone in the organization.

The privacy tier tells you the selected provider’s data-handling policy before you send. On European Union, Confidential, Protected and Zero Data Retention, prompts are not used for model training. Protected may allow temporary provider retention; Confidential, European Union and Zero Data Retention are the zero-retention options.

MTN AI supports EU-hosted account, billing and platform data. Fully EU-hosted open models can keep prompts inside the EU. For other models, the privacy tier makes the provider’s data handling explicit before you send, and companies can enforce a minimum tier. Contractual GDPR and deployment details are available during security review.

Yes. Chat and Canvas (image generation) share the same account and the same credit balance, so there is no separate subscription or top-up for images. Choose an image model and generate; MTN-billed generations show their billed cost when available.
